Workshop software for repair and service jobs
A workshop rarely loses track of a job because someone stopped caring. It happens because the job lives in three places: a note on the bench, an arrangement only the person who took the call knows about, and an email nobody else has seen. Revintia keeps all of it in one place, from the moment the unit comes in to the invoice.
One place to find the case and its owner
When a case is created, the customer, equipment and fault are kept together on it, and a responsible technician can be assigned straight away or later. The case log shows what has happened along the way.
See what is waiting and what is urgent
The case list shows status, priority and the assigned technician, and you can filter and search it. Urgent cases are clearly marked, which makes it easier to spot work that might otherwise get lost between emails, notes and conversations.
Time and parts follow the work
Technicians record hours and parts on the case while the work is being done. Stock and the parts used on each case stay connected, so the office does not have to piece things together afterwards. Photos can be added from a phone too.
From completed work to invoice-ready information
When the work is done, the recorded hours and parts are already on the case. They are carried into the invoice draft at your own hourly rates and item prices, and an issued invoice is locked so its contents cannot be changed afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Can several technicians work on the same job?
Yes. A case has one responsible technician, but several technicians can book hours and add notes to it, and everything appears in the case log with name and time.
What happens to old cases?
They stay in the system and can be searched. You can choose your own retention period for completed cases, and once a case has been completed for longer than that, your administrator can clear it out in one step. The clean-up always shows what it is about to do first.
Can we use it on a phone in the van?
Yes. The case list, case details and time tracking are adapted for phones, so a technician can use them in the van or at the customer’s site without a separate app.
What does it cost to try?
The trial is free and no card details are needed. You send a request, we approve your company, and then your 30-day trial opens.
