Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of Revintia. By starting to use your account you accept them.

The trial

The trial runs for 30 days from the moment trial access is opened after approval. No payment card is required, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. If the period ends without an agreement, you can still sign in, view your data and download reports, but you cannot create or change anything. Your data is not deleted because of that, and you can get a complete data export by writing to us.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens on the accounts you create for your staff. Administrators can require two-factor authentication for everyone in the company.

Your data is yours

Everything you enter remains yours. We use it to deliver the service and for nothing else. You can request a data export or deletion; records we are legally required to retain can only be deleted once the retention period ends.

Acceptable use

The system must not be used for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited mail, or to attempt to access other companies’ data. We close accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not yet promise a guaranteed uptime. If a service level agreement with uptime commitments is agreed, it is put in writing and takes precedence over this section.

Price and payment

The trial is free. A paid subscription is agreed separately and only takes effect once confirmed in writing. There is no automatic charging. The Revintia price covers Revintia modules; any external services or provider agreements needed for integrations are not included unless agreed separately.

Termination

You can stop at any time. Write to us and we will close the account. If you need a data export or deletion, we will agree the process with you; records we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted until the retention period ends.

Liability

Revintia is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be disclaimed under law.

Governing law

Danish law applies and disputes are settled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer rules in your own country say otherwise.
