See how Revintia works
One case from intake to invoice. Seven steps, exactly as they look in the product.
Customer and equipment
The customer is in your customer records with addresses and contacts. The equipment is recorded on the case with make, model and serial number, so earlier cases can be found by searching.
A new case is created
The case gets its number automatically and starts at ‘Received’. The fault description is on the case, not in an email.
A technician is assigned
The technician is notified and sees the case on their own list. The planning board shows who is doing what.
Time is recorded
Hours go straight onto the case, including from a phone at the customer’s site.
A part or a purchase
The part is taken from stock or ordered from the supplier. The case changes status automatically while it waits.
The case is closed
The checkpoints must be in order before the case can be closed. The customer is notified.
Ready to invoice
Hours, mileage and parts are already on the case and become lines in the invoice draft. VAT treatment depends on the buyer’s country and VAT number.
