Service agreement software for planned maintenance
A service agreement is easy to sell and easy to forget. It sits in a contract, the interval sits in one person’s head, and finding out in November that the inspection was due in August is both an awkward call and a loss.
The agreement becomes part of the customer’s service history
The agreement is linked to the customer, with an interval, a start date and an optional end date. So planned service sits alongside the cases and history your team already works with.
The next service does not depend on a calendar reminder
When the agreement falls due, Revintia creates a case for the customer with the agreement’s task, so the planned work appears in the same case list as everything else. A service that is already waiting is not created again the next day.
Planned service becomes ordinary work
Once the case exists, technicians work on it like any other case, with hours, parts, notes and photos. The agreement starts the work, and the rest follows your normal workflow.
Every visit adds to the history
Each service visit becomes a proper case, so you can later see what was done for the customer and when. That history sits in the same place as the next planned work.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if we do not get to the inspection on time?
The case stays in the list until someone picks it up. It does not disappear, and it is not created again the next day, so the list does not fill up with duplicates.
Can we change an agreement along the way?
Yes. The interval, end date and task can be edited, and the change applies to cases that have not been created yet. Once the agreement has created cases, the start date and the next planned visit stay fixed, and existing cases stay as they are.
Can we see what an agreement has cost us?
Per case, yes. Each inspection is a case with hours and parts, and the run log on the agreements page shows the most recent cases your agreements have created. There is no combined cost view per agreement.
Is the agreement invoiced automatically?
No. The case is created automatically, but the invoice is written when the work is done, so no bill goes out for work that was not carried out.
